We are delighted to introduce the HK Red Cross Annual Report 2022-2023, designed by our company on behalf of the Hong Kong Red Cross. This report highlights the organization’s accomplishments, efforts, and contributions throughout the past year.
The HK Red Cross Annual Report 2022-2023 adopts a creative board game-inspired design to reflect its mission and engage its audience. The concept transforms the report into an interactive journey, where each “move” represents a meaningful action taken by the organization to support and uplift the community.
The report is structured like a game board, with each section or “space” representing a key area of the Red Cross’s work—such as disaster relief, health programs, or volunteer efforts, mirroring how every step in a game advances the collective goal of improving lives. The design emphasizes collaboration, with visuals of interconnected paths or player tokens symbolizing the unity of staff, volunteers, and community members working hand-in-hand. Progress is highlighted as incremental yet impactful. Each step forward on the board reflects a tangible outcome—e.g., a family aided, a health workshop conducted, or a crisis averted—illustrating how small actions accumulate into significant change. The endpoint of the game is a thriving, resilient community, tying back to the Red Cross’s humanitarian ethos of valuing every individual.
This board game concept not only makes the report visually compelling but also reinforces the message that every step—whether taken by the organization or its supporters—moves society closer to a more compassionate, resilient future. It invites readers to “play their part,” fostering a sense of involvement and shared purpose in advancing humanitarian goals.
The slogan “Together for humanity” is prominently featured throughout the annual report. It aims to resonate deeply, illustrating how the humanitarian spirit acts as an invisible thread, connecting individuals to their communities. Whether through emergency relief, community service, or volunteer dedication, it delivers a warm yet resolute message: united, we can build a brighter future for all. Its simple yet impactful wording makes this belief accessible and inspiring, encouraging broader participation in the cause.
“Together” highlights the power of collective effort, conveying that people, regardless of identity or background, can join hands to face challenges as one.
“for Humanity” underscores the Red Cross’s human-centered ethos, emphasizing respect for the dignity of every individual and a commitment to safeguarding human well-being through action.
