FWD IRIS is a chatbot launched by FWD Insurance in Hong Kong to assist customers 24/7. It uses AI to answer queries, guide users through claims, and provide policy details, making insurance services faster and more convenient. Available on FWD’s website or app, it simplifies interactions for Hong Kong customers, though complex issues may require human support. It reflects FWD’s focus on improving customer experience in the Hong Kong.
The video is divided into two demo sections: the first part shows how to use the chatbot to query product information—users can select a product based on different categories, and once chosen, the chatbot instantly provides relevant details like coverage and terms; the second part covers how to access other information, such as flash reports, House1881, training academy, form downloads, premium calculators, and more. Through this animation, we aim to clearly explain how to use the FWD IRIS chatbot, making it easy for customers to get started and quickly obtain the information they need, enhancing their overall experience.
