We are proud to introduce our latest animated video, “Decoding the Myth Behind Average Fulfillment Ratio,” created exclusively for HSBC Life. This video aims to explain how the average fulfillment ratio in insurance can be misleading, using a vivid analogy and compelling visual illustrations.

To illustrate this concept, we compare the punctuality rates and ticket sales of different flights from a single airline to the average fulfillment ratio of all plans within the same insurance company. Then, we introduce another airline’s ticket sales as an additional example, demonstrating through calculations how simple averages and weighted averages can create misleading perceptions.

Our design team first conducted an in-depth study of the core values and objectives of the fulfillment ratio in insurance plans. Collaborating closely with the HSBC team, they gathered relevant data and content to ensure the video accurately conveyed this information.

With a solid foundation in place, our storytellers crafted an engaging narrative to capture the audience’s attention and effectively communicate the key messages. Using motion graphics and visual effects, they built a visually compelling world that makes the concept easy to understand and memorable.

Once the storyline was finalized, our designers and animators brought it to life. Utilizing advanced animation software and tools, they transformed static images and text into dynamic, visually striking elements. Eye-catching transitions and motion effects were carefully designed to enhance engagement and captivation.

To further amplify the video’s impact, our team incorporated sound effects and music, selecting suitable audio elements to create an immersive soundscape that complements the video’s tone and message.

Finally, rigorous test screenings and trials were conducted to ensure the video played seamlessly and delivered the best possible experience across different platforms and devices.
